One thing that differentiates the Christian faith from other religions is the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
All founders of all other religions are dead, but only Jesus Christ came physically alive and was seen
by hundreds of people.  People tend to use the term “miracle” or “magic” for anything they don’t
understand. Most of our modern technology would be considered magic or miraculous at the time
when Jesus Christ lived on the earth. We humans tend to get so proud of our modern technological
advances, but compared to God, our technology is utterly primitive. Humanity’s biggest enemy is
death. In spite of all our technology, we have not managed to do away with death. Since God created
life in the first place, he also was able to resurrect Jesus Christ from the grave. We don’t know the
first thing about the technology that God used to do away with death. That is why those who don’t
believe God, dismiss the resurrection of Jesus Christ out of hand.  Anyone who carefully studies the
biblical account of Jesus after the resurrection, will begin to understand that even though he was
physical in that he could be touched and interacted with like any other human being, his resurrected
body was made of an entirely different form of matter than we are familiar with. What to us are
physical barriers of time and space as well as material constraints such as locked doors did not affect
the resurrected Christ in any way. He did not need a Saturn 5 rocket to overcome the shackles of
gravity when he ascended into the sky in full view of his astonished disciples.  Quantum physics gives
us hints that matter and energy behave differently under quantum conditions than they do for us in
ordinary life. Why is it so hard to think that God can use the quantum physics principles that he
designed to begin with, in ways that we have not yet figured out? Is the “Observer Effect” in quantum
physics a tiny hint that immaterial mind/spirit can directly control or even create matter-energy? Is
what Einstein called the “spooky action at a distance” operating at the quantum level another small
hint of mind/spirit to directly affect matter, such as the gravestone of that garden tomb? Why must it
be considered “miraculous” that Jesus was able to tunnel through/under the kind of matter we are
familiar with? Was the gravestone removed in order to let the risen Lord out or to let the disciples in
so they could see that the grave was empty?  Why should it be inconceivable to consider that a form
of matter exists that is not subject to gravity the way the kind of matter that we are familiar with?
Scientists know that matter gives rise to gravity, but no one knows the underlying reason why this is
the case.  One of the striking things in the book of Revelation is that the descriptions of what the
Apostle John saw there in heaven is that much of the matter is perfused with light. The streets were
like gold but transparent or translucent and suffused with light. Structures are described in terms of
sparkling jewelry. Was the apostle teleported through time and space to a world where laws of physics
of the quantum dimensions apply to that in the entire world he was allowed to visit?
